An already distant origin
an always foreign destination
where I never belong.
But under the tree …
A place I recognize,
a time that has stopped
And his weeping that is my weeping too.
It is a personal project that refers to the homesick feeling being so far away from my homeland Argentina. The study of the willow I made for my book was my way to hold on to home, to my childhood, to myself.
